Privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-02.
This website
integratornotes.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no accounts or forms that collect personal data. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and delivery; we do not combine them with anything else. Videos are embedded from YouTube, whose own privacy policy applies when you play one.
The Integrator Notes publishing tool
Integrator Notes uses a private tool, used only by the channel's operator, to upload the channel's own videos to the channel's own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and to read those accounts' basic profile and video statistics. It signs in with the platforms' official login (OAuth) and asks only for the permissions needed to publish and to read the statistics of our own posts.
- Data it handles: the access tokens and account ids of our own channel accounts, and the videos and captions we publish.
- Where it stays: in private storage controlled only by the channel's operator. Tokens are never shared, sold or sent anywhere except back to the platform that issued them.
- No data from other users: the tool does not read, store or process data about viewers, followers or any other person.
- Removal: access can be revoked at any time from each platform's connected-apps settings, which also stops the tool.
YouTube API Services
The publishing tool uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API) to upload our own videos, set their thumbnails, add them to our own playlists, post the first comment on our own videos and read our own channel's statistics. By using this site or our YouTube content you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The tool does not access, collect, store or share any data about YouTube users other than our own channel. Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page; stored tokens are deleted when access is revoked or within 30 days of a request.
Data deletion
The tool stores no data about anyone other than the channel itself, so there is nothing about you to delete. If you have ever messaged or commented on an Integrator Notes account and want that removed, send a message to @integratornotes on the platform where you wrote it and we will delete it there within 30 days. You can also remove any app's access to your own account from that platform's connected-apps settings.
