Lip-sync test: beep before the flash = audio early, after = late; read the marker, then add or remove audio delay
TV audio out of sync? Play this through your TV, soundbar or receiver: the beep sounds before the flash = audio early, after = audio late. Read the marker, then fix it where your chain allows. Pause on any step; the last frame is the whole sequence.

- Play it on the TV, through the soundbar or receiver you use
- Sit where you watch
- Delays already set? Note them
Steps
WATCH THE FLASH, LISTEN FOR THE BEEP
Beep first = AUDIO EARLY Beep after = AUDIO LATE
Pass: Beep on the flash = in sync
If not: Can't tell? Step 2 reads it in ms
READ THE MARKER AT THE BEEP
Left of 0 = AUDIO EARLY Right of 0 = AUDIO LATE
Pass: Note the ms where the marker is when you hear the beep
If not: Paused = no beep. Scrub back, press play
AUDIO EARLY → ADD AUDIO DELAY
If not: Change one, then play it again
AUDIO LATE → REMOVE DELAY
If not: Change one, then play it again
How you know it worked
- Play it again: beep on the flash = in sync
If it didn't work
- Only one app off? Fix that app or source
- Auto Lip Sync on, still off? Set the delay by hand
- Bluetooth: often no setting fixes it
